• The applicant has not completed the required foundation

15. Consultation Booking, and Scheduling
If you miss a scheduled consultation, arrive late, or fail to complete required intake materials in time, we reserve the right to reschedule, shorten, or cancel the session, subject to the policy stated at the time of booking.

16. Boundaries Around Follow-Up Communication
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, payment for a one-time consultation covers one consultation only. It does not include ongoing messaging, repeated text-based follow-up, or continued support outside the scheduled session.
Additional questions or continued discussion after the consultation may require a separately booked follow-up consultation or additional paid service.
