Because digital products may be delivered immediately, made available for download, or unlocked upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted.
Programs and Digital Access
If a program or digital resource is provided through account-based or time-limited access, purchase grants access only according to the access terms stated on the product page.
Lack of personal progress, change of mind, failure to use the material, or misunderstanding of the product description does not create the right to a refund.
Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors

Where a genuine billing or technical delivery error is confirmed, we will make efforts to:
• Restore access
• Resend the product
• Correct the billing issue
• Or issue a refund where appropriate
Unauthorized Use and Access Restrictions

Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we may attempt to resolve it. Filing an unjustified chargeback after receiving access to a product may result in suspension of access and additional review of your account.
Consultation Attendance and Refund Policy
To maintain the integrity of the consultation schedule and ensure fairness to all clients, strict attendance policies apply to all booked consultations.
a) No-Show
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the consultation fee is fully non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed appointments are not eligible for credit, rescheduling, or reimbursement.
b) Late Arrival
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, the consultation will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Arrivals of up to 10 minutes late may be accommodated within the remaining appointment time.
Lost time due to late arrival will not be added to the session, and the consultation fee will remain non-refundable.
c) Notice for Rescheduling
Any request to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made after this period will not be accepted.
By booking a consultation, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
